Refund policy

Welcome to the DIZZYDUCK website, "https://dizzyduck.com/" (the "DIZZYDUCK Website"), owned and operated by DIZZYDUCK LAB LLP ("Dizzy", "We", "Us", and "Our"), registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with identification number ACM-6888, and having its registered office at 3rd Floor, 442, Old PID 68-6-442, 8th Main Road, Block 4, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, 560034, including its affiliates.

Except as otherwise stated, the following Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") governs your use of the DIZZYDUCK Website and DIZZYDUCK's services, applications, content, and products (collectively, the "Site"). These terms are read in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions governing the Site.

1. Return and Refund Policies

Return: Ordered the wrong size or color? Or simply changed your mind? No worries, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of item purchased from us ("Item"). You can raise the return request through our dedicated website return portal which can be accessed at the URL: https://dizzyduckathleisure.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime

Return Terms:

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags intact, in the same condition as received.
  • Products are subject to inspection before approval of return.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the Returned item.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit, redeemable on your next purchase.

Important: No refunds would be given if you have provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are three (3) failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by you.

2. Return Shipping & Refunds

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Reverse Pickup (Standard Process) If your location is serviceable for return, a reverse pickup will be arranged at the same Pincode where the product was originally delivered. A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return request. Please ensure someone is available to hand over the package to avoid delays. Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will process your refund excluding the return shipping charges (unless the return was due to our error). Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment for prepaid orders and as store credit for Cash on Delivery ("COD") orders.

Reverse Pickup Not Available (Self-Ship Process) In rare cases, if reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to us in the following circumstances:

Not due to our error (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind): You may self-ship the item, but shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item): You can self-ship the product and we'll reimburse up to Rs.70 towards the shipping cost, once the item is received and passes quality check.

  • Your order ID
  • Images of the issue (damaged/incorrect item)
  • The shipping receipt or mention of shipping cost with a screenshot for verification.

This allows us to verify the issue and process your full refund, including return shipping reimbursement. As with all returns, refunds will be processed to the original source of payment for prepaid orders and as store credit for COD orders.

3. Cancelling and Modifying Orders

  • Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, DIZZYDUCK reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

  • Our team works to dispatch orders quickly. Therefore, orders cannot be modified once the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

  • However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it directly through the order page. Once cancelled, your refund will be automatically processed within 14 business days.

    • For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original source of payment.
    • For COD orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Once the shipping confirmation email is received, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 14 business days, excluding return shipping charges.

4. Damages and Issues

  • We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or unsealed, please do not accept the package.

  • In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@dizzyduck.com. Kindly provide your order ID along with clear photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will assess the situation and take appropriate corrective action in line with our return and refund policies enumerated in this policy.

Additional Terms

We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or logistical constraints. In all instances of cancellation (by us), you will not be charged for the cancelled order. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 7 business days for any cancellations.

Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may be subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions. These will be communicated to you periodically through the Platform's push notifications or other communication methods as outlined within this Policy or as determined by the Company.
