Except as otherwise stated, the following Shipping Policy (the "Policy") governs your use of the DIZZYDUCK Website and DIZZYDUCK's services, applications, content, and products (collectively, the "Site"). These terms are read in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions governing the Site.

1. Shipping Terms

We know you're excited to receive your DizzyDuck order – and we're just as excited to get it to you!

Where do we deliver? We ship Pan India. As of now we do not provide international shipping.

How long will my order take to come? Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. (Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your pin code.)

How do I track my order? Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched. You can track it all the way to your doorstep.

2. Lost and Stolen Packages

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout — this helps avoid delays or delivery issues. Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking link. If you're unable to resolve it with them, feel free to reach out to us at support@dizzyduck.com— we're happy to help where we can.

3. Other Terms

  • We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

  • For Orders that are being shipped to you directly, your Order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date indicated in the shipping confirmation, unless an Event Outside Our Control occurs. If an Event Outside Our Control prevents us from meeting the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

  • Delivery is completed when the Product is delivered to the address submitted in your Order, at which time the Products become your responsibility. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including any delivery charges.

  • Delivery fees, including any expedited shipping charges if selected, are non-refundable.
